Child Safety Standards

Last updated July 02, 2026

Effective date: July 02, 2026

Our commitment

EduPilot Technologies Inc. is committed to keeping children safe. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation ("CSAE") and for any content or behavior that sexualizes, exploits, grooms, or endangers minors, anywhere on our Services — including the EduPilot Parent App and Teacher App messaging features.

Published standards

  • Accounts are restricted to verified adults (parents/guardians and school staff) provisioned by the school. Children cannot create accounts or communicate through the platform.
  • Communication features exist solely for school-related contact between the school and families. Schools control who can message whom.
  • We prohibit any content that constitutes or promotes CSAE. Such content is removed and the account is suspended immediately upon detection.

Reporting

Anyone can report a safety concern:

  • In-app: long-press a message → Report.
  • Email our designated child safety contact: support@edupilot.io (subject line "Child Safety").

Reports are triaged with priority. Where a report involves apparent CSAE, we preserve evidence and report to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or the applicable regional authority, and cooperate with law enforcement as required by law.

Enforcement

  • Immediate removal of violating content and suspension of involved accounts.
  • Notification to the affected Institution's administration.
  • Compliance with all applicable child safety laws in the regions where the Services operate, including mandatory reporting obligations.
