About EduPilot
We're a software company on a mission: free schools from paperwork so educators can focus on education.
We help schools run smarter
EduPilot is a school management software company. We build the ERP platform, parent app and teacher app that modern educational institutions use to automate administration — admissions, fees, attendance, exams, communication, HR and more. We are a technology partner to schools, not a school ourselves.
EduPilot was founded in 2018 by a team of engineers and former school administrators who were tired of watching great schools drown in paperwork. What started as a fee-collection tool for a single school group now powers 350+ institutions across 12 countries.
Our Vision
A world where every school — regardless of size or budget — runs on modern, secure, delightful software.
Our Mission
To free educators from administrative busywork by automating school operations end to end, with technology that staff and parents genuinely enjoy using.

A note from Alex Morgan
Schools change lives — but too much of their energy is spent on repetitive administration. We started EduPilot with a simple belief: if we handle the operations, educators can get back to education. Every feature we ship is tested with real administrators, real teachers and real parents before it reaches you. That's our promise.
