Delete your account inside the app
- Open the EduPilot app and sign in.
- Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account.
- Confirm your identity and tap Delete my account.
Your account is deactivated immediately and scheduled for permanent deletion.

If you can no longer access the app, submit the request form at the bottom of this page. We verify each request with the registered email/phone before processing.
What is deleted
- Your account credentials and profile (name, email, phone, photo).
- Your device tokens, notification preferences and app settings.
- Personal messages you authored, where deletion does not break the school's statutory records.
What may be retained
- School records: student academic, attendance and fee records belong to the school (the data controller). Deleting your app account does not erase the school's official records — contact your school for changes to those.
- Financial records: payment transactions are retained as required by tax and accounting law.
- Backups: encrypted backups expire on a rolling 90-day cycle.
Timeline
- Account deactivated: immediately.
- Personal data removed from production systems: within 30 days.
- Backup expiry: within 90 days.
